Paula is a fantastic trainer. She understand the needs of her clients...particularly those clients who are busy and find it challenging to make time for training sessions. She adapts to the clients schedule and needs, including conducting training sessions through zoom.
Online training sessions with Paula are always productive and feel like she is the room helping to get the most out of the workout - from monitoring posture and form to seeing when a given workout has been mastered and needs to be modified to continue excelling. She stops at nothing to ensure her clients reach their goals.
